Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the dealajuq website (dealajuq.live) or booking our adventure travel services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and dealajuq B.V., a company registered in the Netherlands under registration number A65525541, with its registered office at Stationsweg 106, 9792 AB Groningen, Netherlands.

Services Description

dealajuq provides adventure travel services including but not limited to:

• Guided mountain expeditions and climbing adventures
• Ocean expeditions including diving and sailing trips
• Desert journey experiences and camping adventures
• Wildlife safari and nature observation tours
• Custom adventure travel planning and consultation
• Adventure skills training and educational programmes

All services are subject to availability, weather conditions, and safety considerations. We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule any service for safety or operational reasons.

Booking and Payment Terms

When you book services with dealajuq, the following terms apply:

• All bookings require a deposit to secure your reservation
• Full payment is required according to the payment schedule provided
• Prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
• Payment can be made via bank transfer or approved payment methods
• Late payments may result in booking cancellation
• All prices are subject to change until booking confirmation

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation policy varies depending on the type and timing of your adventure:

• Cancellations more than 60 days before departure: 15% cancellation fee
• Cancellations 30-60 days before departure: 50% of total cost
• Cancellations less than 30 days before departure: No refund
• Emergency cancellations due to medical reasons may be considered case-by-case
• Weather-related cancellations by dealajuq: Full refund or rescheduling option

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

User Obligations and Responsibilities

As a participant in dealajuq adventures, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your fitness level and medical conditions
• Follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by our guides
• Respect local customs, cultures, and environmental regulations
• Maintain appropriate physical fitness for your chosen adventure
• Obtain necessary travel documents, visas, and vaccinations
• Behave respectfully towards other participants and local communities
• Not engage in any illegal activities during the adventure

Safety and Risk Acknowledgment

Adventure travel involves inherent risks. By participating in dealajuq services, you acknowledge that:

• Adventure activities carry risks of injury or death
• You participate voluntarily and at your own risk
• You are responsible for your own safety and well-being
• Weather and natural conditions may affect planned activities
• Remote locations may limit access to medical facilities
• You will follow all safety protocols and equipment requirements

Intellectual Property

All content on the dealajuq website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of dealajuq B.V. or its licensors and is protected by Dutch and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content without our express written permission. The dealajuq name and logo are trademarks of dealajuq B.V.

You grant dealajuq a non-exclusive right to use photographs or videos taken during adventures for marketing purposes, unless you specifically opt out in writing.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Dutch law, dealajuq B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Force Majeure

dealajuq shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, pandemics, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or provide alternative arrangements where possible.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Termination

dealajuq reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms of Service or engage in conduct that we deem inappropriate or harmful.

You may terminate your relationship with dealajuq at any time by ceasing to use our services, subject to our cancellation policy for any booked adventures.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

dealajuq reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
